De fitness/crossfit/sporty modeller du ser i bladene og på nettet, løfter for det meste forholdsvis tunge vægte. Vi taler squat, dødløft og andre basisøvelser. Et fint basisprogram kunne bestå af: military presses, dumbbell rows, stivbenet dødløft og squat + en maveøvelse. suppler med cardio (hvilket du allerede gør).Jeg ville gå efter en kost med macroerne fordelt på høj protein, lav kulhydrat og medium til høj fedt.
